Can adjustable desks reduce back pain?
Yes, adjustable desks can alleviate back pain caused by a sedentary lifestyle. They encourage blood circulation and help maintain good posture when working at a computer. Combined with physical activity, adjustable desks can have a positive impact on your health.
How much time should you spend standing while using the desk?
If you've never used an adjustable desk before, start with 5 minutes of standing every hour of sitting. Your body will gradually get used to it, and once those 5 minutes no longer feel like a long time, you can begin to slowly increase your standing intervals. Ideally, you should stand for 15-20 minutes each hour.
What is the minimum/maximum height at which the desk works?
The minimum/maximum height range for the desk is between 60 and 125 cm, plus the thickness of the tabletop. It should allow you to type at the computer with your arms bent at 90 degrees.
What materials are the desks made of, and where are they manufactured?
Ergoliv desks are made using only the best quality materials, all sourced exclusively from Europe. The tops are made from multi-layer wood, solid wood, or wood laminated with special furniture linoleum. The support columns are solid and made from metal. The wood used is sourced from forests in the Transylvania region.

Why should I use an adjustable desk?
Because it's cool! 😛 There are many other reasons, but the most important for us is your health! Even if a full-time job is a new concept for you, we can tell you from experience that soon you'll experience back pain, leg pain, and circulation problems. Of course, you can take breaks, and they will help, but not enough. With an intelligent electric desk, you can change your position (from sitting to standing) whenever you feel something isn't right. We recommend starting with 5 minutes first, and eventually increasing the interval to 15. This is the main reason why we wanted to create adjustable desks, but there are many other reasons.
How difficult is the desk assembly?
The desk can be assembled by anyone, as it comes with assembly instructions, and the tabletop is marked for easy assembly. The process should take no longer than 30 minutes.

Anti-fatigue mats are designed to provide maximum comfort. They can relieve up to 47% of the tension in the knees, joints, and feet.

What is the warranty for the products, and how is it applied?
The warranty period for the products varies depending on the model and is applied based on the invoice. Normally, the warranty is 2 years for products purchased by individuals and 1 year for companies.
What should I know about the shipping?
The delivery time for orders in stock is 2 – 3 working days. For custom products made to order, the delivery time may take up to 21 working days. Note that during very busy periods, usually during holidays or promotional days, the delivery may take longer than usual, or in cases of issues with the courier.
